All transactions, claims, or disputes arising out of or in connection with the ZED CAPITAL Projects Intranet shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any legal proceedings shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the UAE.

2. OFAC Sanctions Compliance

ZED CAPITAL strictly adheres to UAE laws regarding international sanctions. We do not provide any services or products to individuals, entities, or countries listed under the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctioned jurisdictions.

3. Privacy Policy

ZED CAPITAL values and respects your privacy. We are committed to protecting your personal data and maintaining your trust.

  • We do not store, sell, share, or rent credit/debit card details or any personally identifiable information to any third parties.

  • All payment information is processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways in compliance with industry standards.

4. Payment Terms

All payments made through the ZED CAPITAL Projects Intranet are applied toward real estate deposits as part of the sales process. By submitting a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

5. Refund Policy

  • Any refund requests will be reviewed and processed in accordance with our internal compliance and finance procedures.

  • Refunds, if approved, will only be issued via the original mode of payment used for the transaction.

6. Modifications

ZED CAPITAL reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to regularly review this page to stay informed of any changes.
